FSJ Frac Sand Terminal

A brownfield railyard expansion that added ~300 railcar spots across four new tracks — with two more realigned — creating a 12,000 track-foot facility, delivered on an accelerated schedule under live Class 1 Railway coordination.

  • Yard design through highly constrained site geometry
  • Drainage redesign — completed and built with excellent results
  • Class 1 Railway approval obtained May 2025
  • Ongoing construction support through track installation

ENGINEERING FOCUS

  • Absorbing multiple scope changes from both client and the Class 1 Railway without losing the schedule
