Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us when you submit our contact form — your name, email, phone number, and any project details or message you include. We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, through Google Analytics and our security provider's logs.

We do not collect more than we need, and we never sell your personal information.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver engineering services, and improve our website. We use analytics data only in aggregate, to understand how the site is used.

Consent

By submitting our contact form you consent to us contacting you about your inquiry, consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and anti-spam legislation (CASL). Any ongoing marketing communication is opt-in, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Pipedrive (customer-relationship management, to track and respond to inquiries), Cloudflare (website hosting, security, and spam/bot protection via Turnstile), and Google Analytics (anonymized usage measurement). These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States. We share your information with them only as needed to provide our services.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site usage; your IP address is anonymized. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site's content.

Data retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to serve the relationship it relates to and to meet our legal and professional obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Security

We protect your information with HTTPS encryption, access controls, and automated spam and bot filtering. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard the data you entrust to us.
